and then looking at the fringe benefits tt i will also be enjoying then what's more can i ask for?
ok ok, i understand benefits is benefits. pay is pay. totally different. cannot compare. as what zhuang said "u got additional 4 days of AL lor. so it more or less covered the $$$" which i think what she said makes sense lor.
AL said "look at the benefits tt u gg to enjoy lor. buying things at staff price" and i went but also need money to buy lor......
then Choco boy told me "$3.5K is the norm. just take it" and Ivan told me"heard from friends tt dls and kpk offered $2.7 to $2.8K for fresh grad"...and i was like "wtf!! i only got $1.2K when i graduated from SP lor. and worked for like 8 yrs before i got my $2.8K" very unbalance =((
anyway, so after careful thoughts over the weekend, i decided to call HR up and ASK FOR MORE!!! hehehe......he assured me though i have hit my limits but i am not getting any lesser than the existing staff and i will get a pro rated salary adjustment in july depending on my performance and annually will have salary adjustment lor. =))
hear already also shuang lor.......so let it be lor. anyway, i am just trying my luck and there are still other benefits tt tag along with this job offer...... i will be happy bah!!
i was just telling dear last evening tt once i start work, we will be like at one end of singapore. he is west and i am east. then we will not be able to meet like what we are doing now. dear actually tried to meet me once a weekday lor.....so sweet of him hor. he dropped everything just to come have dinner with me....i am so the very touched lor =) but can u imgaine what tt stupiak man replied me???!!? he said "good lor. then no need to meet liao. very tired one lor and i dropped everything to meet u. i can do my work in office leh. i ahve 101 things waiting for me to clear." bloody pork hor......but who cares!!! STILL LOVE U DEAR!! *muack*
dear said i wont stay more than 1 month here so not to worry!!!! can still meet me (bloody pork lor) i will be on the move again, tts why should ask for more........bloody pork hor...like tt say me....pui pui pui..even though he might be right, but i dun want to admit it till the day really comes!!! =))
