dear said becoz today weather cold, so brought me to eat steamboat to keep me warmbut hor, also dun know why, i am still cold leh. he asked me "u cold huh?"
and i went "how u know?" "coz u shivering" omg!! tt bad meh? i am shivering despite of me having steanboat.......sigh. dear said ';waste money" hahaha =P not my fault lor
over heard this conversation b/w the auntie and the customer.C= "how u calculate one huh? how come $32.60?" A= one person $16.30 so 2 person is $32.60 lor" C= "one person $16.30. 2 person ...*ponder ponder* oh ya hor. $32.60. i am wondering how u get the $32.60. so weird one. got cents one" weird meh? i dun think so leh....u leh?? C= "is this for lucky draw or wat?" A=" no lah. no lucky draw." C= " is it? but looked like a lucky draw or something leh. got numbers one" A=" hahaha! no lah. this is just ur voucher. no lucky draw" *rolled eyes*
we ordered the ma la and chicken soup based. but they gave us tom yum and chicken. dear said ok......and i think should be better lah, coz many customers ordered the tom yum one lor..... =))
our food selection. slice beef, prawns, golden mushroom, the button mushroom and dun know what u called mushroom and the dun know what sotong. the mutton....got one smelly smell, i took one slices and yucks!! dear had to finish the whole thingy himself.....hahaha
crabs!!! hehehe........munsells, see ham, veg ...........
slice pork..............one thing i need to mentioned is tt the thai chilli is nice!!!

yayaya, i know, i dun take chilli, but this is not hot and spicy, its hot and sweet and sour. just nice for me, i can take it.....yum yum
and hor, another thing worth mentioning, is the drinks is excluded from the $16.30 lor. $0.30 is for the wet tissues lor. the drinks are self service from the vending machine......u just need to change ur notes with the guy if u have no spare change and then go purchase ur drinks lor. not a bad idea hor....
and hor, 3rd thing worth mentioning, is I LOVE THEIR TAP!! omg!! i told dear i love it so much. the water flows out from the tap ma chiam like waterfall like tt. better than our normal tap lor. if possible, i told him, should install at all hawker or coffee shops. really good. want to know what i am talking abt or how good the tap is. go to "tian tian steamboat" and see it for urself.........
its just like stephy's shower head!!! omg!!! huge and WONDERFUL..........imagine, ma chiam like raining like tt each time u shower.......... =)) got chance, i take stephy's shower head for u to view.....actually quite common lah. go hotel and u will see lor....... =)) tio bo.......
end of dinner, i asked dear "so will we come back here again?"
and the answer is "we shall try other shops along this stretch" =))
we waited like 1/2 for the soup base to come lor
hahaha and the poor old man is HUNGRY!!
never make a hungry person angry lor.......lolz
and hor for $16, dear said its exp. go to the marina south one is better and more variety lor. but then ppl still chooses to come here lor. why? i think hor, coz more convenient therefore they rather spend the extra $4 to eat at bugis than go to marina south.........
