just came back from dinnerwe went to celebrate zhuang's birthday!!
supposed to go to the jap marche at Basement of cityhall
and i tell u "wow!! ma chiam free food lor!!" the Q was so long.......
so we had no choice but to go for alternative, which we decided to go to SUSHI TEI
i tell u lor
not tt i want to say them, but they made me want to say them lor
too bad i no take down the name of the waitress who took down our contacts
she said "table for 3. the waiting time is 30 to 45min"
and we looked at each other and them told her "ok"
took down our contacts and said "we will call u once the table is ready"
we went to check out NYNY
and i tell u, long q too lor. but not as long as the jap marche
anyway, ping saw TCC at a distance and said tt we tried tt
and viola!! no Q lor
so we went in
i know i know, we made a booking with SUSHI TEI but no call yet mah
so anyway, we placed our orders and then VIOLA!!
the drinks came first then the cutlery and then the waitor came with a plate of dun know what pasta and the 3 of us gave him a BLUR LOOK. and he also exclaimed he made a mistake!! he took our orders one lor. how could him.....tsk tsk
anyway, few mins later he came with an apologetic face and said "sorry, there is a (cannot remember what words he used. think they lost our order), may i take your orders again"
so i made a remark in tt case can we have some desserts FOC. not sure he pretended to be deaf or what. he IGNORED me lor!!...tsk tsk
so anyway we repeated what we ordered previously (without looking at the menu lor. coz he also didn't provide us any) and then he said need to wait for few mins coz chicken and salmon need longer time to cook......esp my OVEN BAKED MARINATED CHICKEN!!! and i made the same remarks again on the free dessert....still it fell on deaf ear.... tsk tsk...zhuang also tried her luck by asking him to give us complementary FINGER FOOD......muahahaha......but no no no lor...
so ping being very helpful, repeated my request to him and finally he said "cannot give finger food but can try to give us a pc of cake"
and viola!! after checking with his supervisor, he returned to our table with a pc of CHEESECAKE lor!! not cheap ok!! according to the girls, it could cost abt $5!!! wa lao!! but i got to tell u lor, ITS NICE LOR......hahaha yum yum!!! and fyi the FOC cake eventually double up as zhuang's birthday cake!!!!
anyway, few sec later, our order came......looks like he did "push" our orders for us........THANKS WILFRED!!! yeah!! dun be alarm!! i got note down ur name lor!!! ping and zhuang, hehehe.....surprised tt i know his name??!!?? well, he will be the best staff of the week lor!! at least for us rite??
and for the worst staff of the week, well, in my humble opinion, it will have to be tt SUSHI TEI staff who took down our contacts and NEVER BOTHER TO CALL US BACK!!!!!!
yeah!! my hdp no ring at all, thru out our dinner or on our way back to mrt, or on our way back home or even now while i am typing this!! all i can say and want to say is "U HAVE MY VOTE FOR WORST SERVICE!!!! yeah!! i know, we made the booking so we should have waited for them to call. BUT mind u!! they didn't even BOTHER to call us!!!?? dun tell me tt we must go back ourselves lor. the request was she will call us once the table is ready and NOT come back in 30-45mins time!! that is a huge different ok!! dun play play lor. =P
wrong means wrong, dun even try to right a wrong lor......agree?
