boss confirmed leaving
she told us her final decision this morning
so be it
i wished her all the best in her future endeavours

anyway, as discussed with me earlier on she wants to "sub out" some of J's projects to me and the new CM
i am ok with it coz i think J also quite poor thing lah
so help abit i think its ok lor
but who knows
i tell u, really very unfair lor

boss asked her to take out her handover list from E
then boss said "this new building has many small packages so SY i want u to do with J." and i went "ok"

but i still very uncleared what boss actually wants us to do coz she mentioned tt the f/a got dispute lor. and this and tt. then her hdp rang and she left the room. and i asked J so what boss wants us to do? she just gave me a blank look and went "dun know" and i was quite surprised when boss asked "any qn?" she didn't even bother to query her lor. so i asked boss what exactly she wants us to do. sigh......*shake head* really wonder her mouth got gold is it? now dun ask when ask? when she is gone??? sigh

then boss very quickly went thru the remaining projects on the list and grouped some of the projects and told me "SY, i think u can do these" and i went "ok" and then she said "the rest give it to the new CM" and i was like jaw dropped!!! then J do what??!!

then boss went thru another list and can see tt she originally wanted to ask J to continue with one of the existing projects. but J was very fast, she told boss "i prefer to do this project. i want to do projects tt start from day 1" so boss was also sweet lah, she allowed her to do so. and then boss asked her "what else u want to do?" she just kept quiet. i know why she doesn't want to do tt project lor. coz its shitty lor. alot of problems.

then boss went "ok lah. SY i think u do this one and then all these projects gave it to the new CM. J u brief her on thur ok"
and u can see tt her face beaming lor. =))

WTF!!!!
i really wonder what she do leh
i already got 13 projects on day 1 and have been adding
and then now this!!!
omg!!!
and she only do 1!!!!

i told myself even though i will be doing the BIG one with her. i will have to give her the "i dun care attitude" she has to run the show herself lor. its her project. just tt its too big so tts why boss roped me in to help. i not gg to take the lead

i also want lor. but do we have a choice. u just have to do it lor
no choice one esp when we are taking over officers who left
throw everything to the new girl, if she buay ta han and she goes, J also ll got to take it all back lor

luckily the projects assigned to me got ext QS except for 1 or 2 will be in house lor
need to go check out the projects lor.
u know when i took over the projects on day 1, i have no ppl to ask lor
so i went to look thru the contract docs and try to look for some clues and history of the projects
but hor, J never do anything. her buddy was still ard when she was handed the projects and she never go ask her. sigh......so she really got difficultites trying to grasp the jes of the projects
so i doubt i can ask her anything on the projects which were passed to me........
and she can still tell me tt E should take the initiative to de brief her..........sigh

but will just take it as it comes.......tts life lor. never fair........

then coz tomolo i will be on course, so i told her to do 2 things for me
1 is to get boss to sign our appraisals. even gave her the soft copy just in case need to amend
and then the other is to get the 2 big bosses to sign the meeting minutes so tt can forward to the bigger boss. so she asked me "after signing, what must i do?" i said 'gave it to the director" and then she went "give to who to give to director?" then i went "no give to who. we have to deliver ourselves" then she went "can i wait for u to come back and then u deliver" i looked at her so unbelievable lor "u just need to give it to his sec." and she got so worried and went "but can i wait for u to come back then send" then i went "but will be delayed for 1 day lor." and she looked at me ma chiam the so pitiful look. and i went 'actually tell u what. just put it on my table. i will send it myself when i come back on wed. afterall already delayed. what is one more day." and she actually dare dare reply me with 'ya lor"

i almost want to scream lor
whats so difficult to deliver a doc to director. not as if its her responsibility lor
just pass to the sec lor
sigh
i really am speechless.

first she got to reduce the projects which she is handing, then this!!!
NB!!!

anyway, life is so unfair lor
no comments. not gg to complain lor
like boss said "hope u all won't think tt y she has 10 projects and i have 20 projects hor. cannot split equally one no matter what." and she readily replied "yayaya"
really hor......tsk tsk *speechless*

nevertheless, will not offer much help to her for tt big project lor. she go run the show. i got other projects to run too.......FOR NOTHING!!
arggghhhh.........
now i just wished tt the new CM will not tak buleh ta han and leave us lor.
i think J must be thinking since she is CM she must take up a bigger role!!! tts why she readily "throw" out her projects. which i think is very wrong lor. this kind of attitude and mindset.
coz if she is capable then good for us. but if she is not what we think she is, end of the day she leaves, J still got to take back lor
*pray hard*
